Private Property single out on April 12th

On April 12th we release the second single from our brand new album, Cold Heaven. The song is called Private Property and the single will contain six tracks, including a new version of Harvest Of Tears, a Cinemascape track that has not previously been properly released.
The single will be accompanied by a music video that we hope you’ll like – it has all the characteristics of Cinemascape, while at the same time being a bit more on the sexy and provocative side!

Cold Heaven cover art & tracklist

Cinemascape are excited to reveal the cover art and tracklist for the brand new album Cold Heaven, which is released on March 22!
For two years we have been recording, mixing and mastering this new material and we are very happy with the result. Cold Heaven is a much darker and more conceptual album than our debut. We think this collection of songs, and their atmospheric soundscapes represent Cinemascape’s current musical vision perfectly.
One of the more prominent changes sonically is the inclusion av guitar on many of these new songs. We want to thank Henrik Palm for this tone setting ingredient. But those of you who love electronic sounds – do not fear! We have not abandoned synthpop, but instead widened and deepened our music. This time we have also used analogue and hardware synthezisers to a larger extent, trying to get a more vivid feel to the tracks.
Personally, we regard Cold Heaven as a stronger, more consequent record than the previous one. We hope you will do the same!

Frozen Ground EP

Frozen Ground is the first single from our upcoming second album, Cold Heaven. The song is set for digital release as an EP on January 24.
The Frozen Ground EP will contain six tracks, of which two are remixes of Frozen Ground done by other electronic bands, as well as our own Single Edit and Sawtooth Remix.
There will also be two brand new tracks on the EP. The first one, Edge, is an atmospheric piece which was originally planned as an intro on the new album. The other new song is called Second Coming, and will appear on the upcoming album. The version on this EP, however, is re-worked and completely re-recorded as a ballad.
We hope you’ll enjoy these new tracks, as we ready ourselves for the very exciting release of Cold Heaven.
Let’s make 2013 a Cinemascape year!
